Dan Pill – Owner/Baseball InstructorDan was a Division I starting pitcher and outfielder at American University. A native of Newton, MA Dan was a three time High School All-Star and his Senior year was league MVP and named to the All Eastern Massachusetts All-Star team. Since college Dan has played in the Boston Park League and Yawkey Baseball League where he is a six time All-Star. Dan currently is the Franchise owner of the Brighton Mariners in the Yawkey Baseball League and currently is playing in the MSBL. Dan is available for hitting, pitching, catching and fielding lessons. |

Chris Shank – General Manager/Baseball InstructorChris is the newest member of Extra Innings Watertown. Chris just finished his professional career last year with the Worcester Tornadoes, recording a career best 2.23 ERA. Chris was a 23rd round draft pick by the Oakland Athletics in MLB's First Year Player Draft. Chris is also the pitching coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and was an assistant coach for Franklin Pierce during the off season for 2002-2004. In 2005, Chris joined the Can-Am league and helped the team win the league championship in its first year of existence. Chris was a member of the California League Champion Modesto A's, were he was named organizational pitcher of the month in May of 2004. Chris started his pro career off strong by pitching 30 1/3 consecutive scoreless innings, 2 2/3 innings short of the Northwest Leagues all time career mark. At one point he held and set seven single career records at Franklin Pierce including wins, strikeouts and ERA. Chris won All-Conference and Rawlings ABCA Regional All-America honors while earning pitcher of the year accolades in 2002. He attended Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH while being named Northeast-10 pitcher/player of the week a total of eight times in his three year career at Franklin Pierce. Chris held All-State honors as a senior and in high school Chris was a four year varsity starter and team MVP as a sophomore, junior, and senior year at Oakmont Regional High School. Jack Dunnigan – Baseball InstructorJack has been a lead instructor at Extra Innings since opening in January of 2005. He was a pitcher at Boston College and has over 30 yrs coaching experience in Little League, Babe Ruth League (Sr. and Jr.), American Legion and Yawkey Baseball League. Jack is available for private lessons in hitting, pitching, catching and fielding. |

Mike Freire – Baseball Instructor/ManagerMike was a pitcher in the Yawkey Baseball League for 14 seasons making several All-Star appearances along the way. He helped pitch his team to back-to-back championships in 1995 & 1996 and is now in his 3rd season as Head Coach of the Brighton Brewers in the Yawkey Baseball League. Mike is current all-time strike-out leader for Trinity Catholic High School as well as most strike-outs in a game and most strike-outs in a season. Mike is available for private lessons in pitching, hitting and fielding. |

Dave Treska – Baseball InstructorDave has been instructing at Extra Innings since opening in January of 2005. He played at Somerville High School and at Bunker Hill Community College. Dave was the Assistant Head Coach at Newbury College and Head Coach at BHCC where he led them to the Yankee Small Conference Championship. He manages the Somerville franchise in Boston’s Yawkey Baseball League, a team considered one of the best teams in the state. In addition, Dave has been a MIAA umpire for the past 10 years and umpires at the college level. Dave is available for private lessons in hitting, pitching and fielding. |

Eddie Aucion – Baseball & Softball InstructorEddie has been instructing at Extra Innings since opening in January of 2005. Eddie was under contract with the Brockton Rox of the Can-Am League in 2005 and won the Northeast League ERA Title in 2003. Eddie played at Flagler College before originally signing as shortstop in the Northeast League. For several years he played professional fastpitch softball and professional baseball in Europe before signing with the Brockton Rox. Eddie is available for pitching, fielding and hitting lessons. |

Matt Keating – Baseball InstructorMatt played at Northeastern University was an Assistant Coach at UMass-Lowell. At NU Matt earned the America East Conference and New England Region all-star honors as a junior before being selected by the San Francisco Giants in the 35th round of the 2000 draft. Matt spent the 2002 & 2003 seasons with the class-A Salem-Keizer Volcanoes and hit .318 with the Giants. Matt tested the professional ranks again during the 2003-04 season in Germany with the Cologne Cardinals and ranked among league leaders in home runs and RBIs. Matt is available for private lessons in pitching, hitting and fielding. |

Ryan Kane – Baseball InstructorRyan is the Hitting Coach for the CanAm League Brockton Rox. He has a combined 13 years in professional baseball as a player, instructor and coach. Ryan was a an outstanding athlete at Acton-Boxboro High School and Presbyterian (SC) College where as an infielder he earned All South Atlantic First Team Honors in 1994 and 1995. He was a Cape Cod League All-Star in 1994, and was 1 of 72 collegiate players selected to participate in the Team USA Trials in the fall of 1994 and spring of 1995. Ryan was selected in the 6th round by the California Angels in the June ’95 MLB draft and was later traded to the New York Yankees for Jim Leyritz playing in ’97 and ’98 for former Baltimore Oriole manager and New York Yankee bench coach Lee Mazzilli. Ryan also had stints in the Independent leagues, playing for Quebec, New Jersey and St Paul. Most notably playing for New Jersey in 2001 and 2002 where he ranked in the top 10 in batting average, doubles, home runs, RBI’s, slugging % and total bases. |

Matt Fiore – Baseball InstructorMatt is the newest member of Extra Innings Watertown. He is a stand out catcher from WPI and had the distinction of being "Toughest to Strikeout in Division III during the 2007 season, he fanned just one time in 151 at-bats as his team went 24-16 this past year. Fiore is a two-time first team All-NEWMAC selection and he helped his team to its greatest season in the 103-year history of the program. He batted .331 with a team-high 34 runs and 12 doubles. The WPI Engineers won a school record 24 games and capped their season by winning the ECAC Division III New England Championship. Matt is available for catching, hitting and fielding lessons. |

Jen Scavonne – Softball InstructorJen is the newest softball instructor at Extra Innings Watertown. Jen has numerous honors at Clark University, including four-year 1st team NFCA Regional All-America, 1st team NFCA All-America in 2005, ECAC All-New England four years, and was recently named New England ECAC Player of the Year. Scavone's career batting average was an incredible .445. In three of her four years at Clark, she only made one error. After being invited to the Riptide training camp in 2005, Scavone became the only player in the league ever to come out of a division 3 school. |

Eddie has many years experience playing and coaching fast-pitch softball and has won 4 national tournaments and many city championships.
